1. Accreditation
Iconic Manpower strictly adheres to local labor laws and regulations. This requires the
sourcing employer to be registered with the DMW and their job order to be approved by the
Philippine Embassy/POLO.
If your business has been accredited with the DMW previously, you may not have to go through
the accreditation process.
Technicals
Your account manager will provide the following forms to be filled up and signed by both
parties:
- Recruitment Agreement between Employer and Iconic Manpower
- Special Power of Attorney Employer to Iconic Manpower
- Manpower Request Job Order to Iconic Manpower.
- Master Employment Contract
- Contingency Plan
Your account manager will also you to provide the following:
- Valid company license/commercial registration
- Visa proof of owner of company
2. Sourcing
Iconic Manpower has a multi-channel approach to sourcing the best candidates. We look for
qualified candidates and ask for your help in selecting the workers you want for your
workforce.
Technicals
Your account manager will filter the pooled list of candidates shortlisted for your job
order.
You may ask for the shortlist at any time and you will be asked to interview your
preferred candidates.
3. Deployment
Your shortlisted worker must comply with local laws and regulations to be approved for
deployment.
Technicals
Your account manager will process the required documents for the successful deployment of
your selected worker including but not limited to:
- Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
- Pre-deployment Orientation Seminar Certificate (PDOS)
- OFW Insurance
